High Rigidity, High Precision, and Long-Lasting Accuracy Retention
The high-rigidity machine structure is made of high-quality, strong cast iron. Screws, guide rails, motors, and other components are internationally first-class products, ensuring long-term accuracy stability and retention.

The CNC axes adopt digital full-digital AC servo motors directly connected to high-precision ball screws, reducing transmission errors. Step compensation and backlash compensation are applied electrically to ensure positional accuracy of the CNC axes.

The machine tools are manufactured in accordance with Japanese JIS standards, with positioning accuracy of 5μm per any 100mm and repeat positioning accuracy of 2μm.

Mirror Finish Machining
High-end model for mold workshops, using a dedicated mirror finishing circuit for powderless mirror finishing. Ultra-mirror finish, high-quality mirror finish, ultra-fine edges, ultra-clear corners; high-efficiency machining. Spindle lifting speed can reach up to 10 m/min, which effectively removes debris, enabling efficient stable discharge and high surface quality.

Graphite Machining
High-efficiency model for mold workshops, using a dedicated graphite machining circuit. High-speed rough machining is 3 times faster than copper, and high-speed finishing is 5 times faster than copper. Good machinability, capable of complex geometric shapes. Light weight (density less than 1/4 of copper), easy electrode clamping, reduces the number of single electrodes, and can be bundled to form combined electrodes.

Carbide Machining
High-end model for mold workshops, using a dedicated carbide machining circuit. Crack-free ultra-hard machining, ultra-fine machining with low electrode wear. The bottom of the single-structure design uses high-grade cast iron, free from deformation, suitable for high-density mold machining.
